Question 1

Do I need to book in advance?

Accepted Answer

Walk-ins are welcome whenever a chair is free, but we recommend booking online at least a day ahead, especially for weekends, colour services and bridal appointments.

Question 2

How do I reschedule or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Use the manage booking link in your confirmation message, or simply message us on WhatsApp. We request at least three hours of notice so we can offer the slot to another guest.

Question 3

Which products do you use?

Accepted Answer

We use salon-professional, dermatologically tested ranges chosen for Indian hair and skin, including ammonia-free colour, bond-protecting treatments and sulphate-free care.

Question 4

Is parking available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Complimentary valet parking is available right outside the studio on 12th Main Road.

Question 5

Do you offer bridal trials?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every bridal package includes a trial session two to four weeks before the wedding so we can perfect your look together.

Question 6

How does Aurum Rewards work?

Accepted Answer

Every completed visit earns points worth 5% of your bill, rising to 7% for Gold and 10% for Emerald members. One point equals one rupee off any future service.

Question 7

What hygiene practices do you follow?

Accepted Answer

Tools are sterilised in a hospital-grade autoclave after every guest, and files, buffers and waxing strips are single-use and opened in front of you.
